lost innocence

I found the poster of a film called "Samaria" or "The Samarian Girl" on the internet and fell in love with it instantly. Thus I decided to draw it.

I may not have caught her innocence as well as I wanted to. Most shadows had to be touched up. I'll post the original scan for comparison and because I think it looks really interesting...

I haven't seen the movie yet, but apparently it is about two girls who want to take a trip to Europe. In order to earn money for the tickets one of the girls becomes a prostitute and dies. Thereafter the other girl becomes a prostitute to atone for her sins.

Unfortunately I don't know who the girl on the cover is, but copyright probably belongs the moviemakers anyway...
